Two immersive experiences designed to take you behind the scenes of BladeRunner turf—where it’s grown, tested, and put to work.
FLORIDA: BLADERUNNER Skins & Fins ExperiencE
(1 winner + 1 guest | 2 days / 1 night)
An inside look at Bladerunner turf in its Florida environment. This experience includes a round for two at Miakka Golf Club, a half-day inshore fishing trip, and guided tours of our Florida farming operation, and TerraNova Equestrian Center’s grounds. Airfare or travel expenses, hotel accommodations, meals, and local transportation are included.
MIAKKA GOLF COURSE
Miakka is one of the first in Florida to use zoysia grasses on tees, fairways and even the greens. The profile of Stadium Zoysia allows the ball to sit up for cleaner strikes, making it perfect for tees and fairways. The blades on Lazer Zoysia are short and sturdy, allowing for consistent true rolls on greens and chipping areas.
Zoysia grass requires around half the water, fertilizer, pesticides and mowing that other traditional golf course turf does. In addition to the golf landscape, 300 acres of nature trails are preserved and earmarked for conservation easement.
Bladerunner Texas experience

Go behind the scenes at our Texas research operation with a multi-day experience that combines field research, recreation, and hospitality. The trip includes a guided hunting experience (whitetail or turkey, season-dependent), a tour of our Texas facility, and a round of golf for two*. Airfare or travel expenses, hotel accommodations, meals, and transportation are included.

Bladerunner Farms is home to the world’s largest privately owned Zoysiagrass research and development facility. Located in Poteet, Texas, our operation includes a dedicated golf course research facility and extensive plots designed to evaluate future varieties under real-world conditions. Grasses are studied in a multitude of microclimates to clearly demonstrate differences in drought tolerance, light adaptability, disease resistance, wear & tear, mowing frequency, growth rate, and color. This side-by-side, long-term research allows us to see how each variety truly performs over time—guiding smarter decisions in development, sustainability, and on-course performance before turf ever reaches production.
